What if the domains are different for migration

I checked the tutorial at https://backuply.com/docs/how-to/how-to-migrate-a-wordpress-site/

But what if the domains are different when migrating a multisite?

I mean, the original site domain: is mysiteA.com, and the new site domain: is mysiteB.com.
